Zinneke Parade is a huge artistic walking extravaganza with citizens, artists and partners from all walks of life sharing the same ambitious goals and willing to do this in a spirit of close co-operation across traditional divides. There are only two deliberate restrictions: no exploding engines and no electric amplification.
